Sponsorship programme

By participating in our referral programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commission and Withdrawal Terms :
a. Referrers are eligible to receive 10% commission on the total amount of orders placed by referred customers.
b. The commission becomes withdrawable free of charge after a period of 15 days.
c. Commissions can be withdrawn by the referrer via the payment method specified when registering for the referral programme.

Order Cancellation:
a. In the event of cancellation of the Referrer's order, we reserve the right to revoke or deduct any commission earnings generated by that order.
b. If an order is cancelled after the referrer has already withdrawn the relevant commission earnings, we reserve the right to recover these amounts and deduct them from the referrer's account balance.

Declaration of Profits:
a. Sponsors are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned under the sponsorship programme.
b. Our company accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by sponsors in reporting their profits from the sponsorship programme.

Eligibility:
a. The sponsorship programme is open to any person of legal age who is capable of entering into a contract.

Amendment and Termination:
a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the sponsorship programme at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion.
b. In the event of modification or termination of the referral programme, any commission earnings increasedd and not withdrawn will still be subject to the conditions set out in this legal notice.

Liability:
